2. Scope

These Terms apply to the NEXUS online service available at nexus.conendigital.hu, which includes:

AI-powered text chat interface
AI website builder (Site Builder) for Pro and Premium subscribers
Document upload, image upload, and processing according to subscription level

3. Subscription Plans

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Service Provider does not store credit card data. Prices are exclusive of VAT (the provider is exempt from VAT under Hungarian law).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once service delivery has begun. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or availability. AI-generated content should be verified before use. Liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the disputed period.

7. Intellectual Property

The NEXUS platform, its software, design, code, and brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider. Content generated by users using the Service may be freely used by the user within their business.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Service Provider’s registered office.
